We finally advanced a day in our beginner’s example save for Football Manager, and we had to in order to sign our scouting staff. The next thing you need to set in FM in order to go along in your journey. Scouting is also one of the most important, if you don’t handle it directly you will be playing Football Manager with one hand tied behind your back. The staff is so bad at it that you might be playing with both hands tied behind your back with FM making you use your mouth to move the mouse. Something like that.
This beginner’s guide covers how to assess scouts and where you might want to send them. We also talk about the best spots in FM to scout and when to get these scouts out and about or not. The nationality, languages spoken, adaptability, and determination can all change how a scout should be used.
