BACK to the Football Manager database to put together the best young European players in the game. We, of course, have to make some judgment calls outside of the FM database ratings, but we back those up with evidence, of course. The top U20 wonderkids in Europe is a best XI that will surprise some people, mainly because you forget how old some people are. For example, Trent Alexander-Arnold is 22, I did not know this, and in my preliminary squad he was there, but Football Manager saved me. So, new surprise at right back.
As with all best XI videos, I expect a debate in the comments about who should be where. Ansu Fati, Eduardo Camavinga, and a few others may feel very obvious, but there are some hidden gem wonderkids in the team you may not have heard of at all. Then there may be one or two players Football Manager loves that you weren’t aware were possibly that good. This should up your scouting game in Football Manager now that you know there are no better options at any given position.
