Football Manager introduced dynamics a few years ago and it was a fantastic addition to the game to make it more realistic. Now, it feels like you are constantly trying to calm down a bunch of insane people who make no sense. To be fair, that is a relatively accurate depiction by Football Manager of a modern dressing room and training ground, but it still means you have to have your wits about you at all times.

I did not. I walked right into a trap at exactly the wrong time and nearly cost myself the middle-portion of my season trying to get back on track. FM22 has some tools at your disposal to try and rectify the issue, but you have to act correctly and you have to act quickly for it to work effectively. If not, you end up like me, stringing poor performances together because my dressing room dynamics are spiraling out of control. I saved it though, and it took some of these tricks to get it done.
