I have assembled a team to finally look into hidden attributes and personalities in Football Manager. That and how they change how your wonderkid develops over time. We started by discovering that these personality guides have actually missed a few key details on personality and media handling style in FM21. Naturally, we have gone ahead and put together a list and a new document for you to use to accurately diagnose the magic hidden attributes of your wonderkids.
Football Manager has so many layers it’s hard to get everything right ALL the time. I even made a personality list based off of past research last year that is in the wrong pile. But, thanks to my new partner Macacao we can finally get definitive, actually scientific answers to player development and hidden attribute / personality questions we (I) have been asking for years. I look forward to this series debunking myths about Football Manager and changing lives! Is that too much importance on an FM video? Perhaps, or perhaps not?
