Sometimes, when you are playing Football Manager, it is like running uphill, in the snow, both ways, carrying a sack of rocks, into a strong wind. Other days, FM is great, but when your team starts to lose, the dynamics can slip away fast. This is not necessarily a how-to stop losing in FM video, but a video explaining why things like tactics and transfers make football manager an exceptionally hard game to succeed at without a lot of prior knowledge.
