We pass the 25-year mark in charge of Bolton Wanderers and, in so doing, become the longest-serving manager in the club's history. We do major transfer business, including big sales, blowing £12.5 million on a 16-year-old and sign yet another exciting striker prospect, and promote a new wealth of young talent into the first-team. We also add more silverware but, despite going unbeaten, we somehow aren't top at Christmas!
