There is a tip on football manager that I recommend using to orient yourself during a new save, or when you’re looking at a new save. It is the team comparison screen. This gives you an idea of how good your team is relative to other teams in your league. It can also tell you if all those wonderkids you bought are actually going to help your fm saves. For this one person on save your saves, it turns out those wonderkids didn’t do anything at all. It’s the worst team relative to every other team I have ever seen on FM.
There are other saves saved in this video as well. Tactics are addressed, scouting procedure is observed, and teams are fixed.
