This is a complete gamechanger and also makes a lot of sense as a feature in FM, you can focus on developing your skills specifically for your next opponent. It is a training session that sharpens your skills in the short term.
Well, it is actually a bunch of different training sessions that add bonuses to your players for the next week. There are some training choices that seem like they would add these bonuses but they don’t, so it’s really about navigating which ones to use and how often to use them. For training in general, it’s important to just know how these work.
