I think this is the best skin for Football Manager 2022 taking over from what I have been using in FM22 so far and that’s the rensie skin,

( put this file in documents- sports interactive - fm22- graphics - pictures) You may need to create a pictures folder within your graphics folder, If you have the stadium graphics pack place this in the pictures folder as well.
