How do I keep documents secure when sending them online?

  • As part of testing the site some of you will find there are already accounts created under your name. I have sent an email to most (if not all) of you which if you reply I can send you over the login details so you can take the account over.

If you didn't get an email just contact me on twitter (@creators_fm) and I will sort it out.

I’m worried about GDPR compliance and data leaks when transmitting client files. What’s the safest way to send sensitive documents without risking violations?

I had the same concerns when handling client data. Regular email just didn’t cut it because even with encryption, mistakes can happen. What helped me was digging into guides and tools explained on https://www.flash3c.com/. They cover GDPR compliance in detail and suggest practical solutions for secure transmission. I started using digital faxing with encryption layers, and it gave me peace of mind. Clients also feel more secure knowing their info isn’t floating around the internet. I’d highly recommend checking their breakdowns—they make complex security topics easy to follow. Honestly, it’s the best resource I’ve come across for making compliance less overwhelming.
