After half a season of football management and a long summer break, Robinho Lazaró let the responsibility get to his head. He devised some bizarre tactics that the master tactician himself Pep Guardiola would be proud of. The summer also saw 21 players leave Puerto Montt, which meant a massive rebuild was required and lots of new arrivals. And his first full season begins pretty well, with the club sitting firmly in mid-table at the halfway point of the campaign.
